I must have spent over 50 hours rebuliding this system, when it could have been happy-clouds fixed after the first eight. AW had no problem wasting my time on a bi-weekly basis. Finally after demanding a full refund, Alienware sent me a newhardrive which they charged my account for happy-clouds (they later corrected this) and I installed myself. Finally the inevitable happened and the system would enter an infinite series of boots and reboots.
I would call, and I would talk the technician through the steps. It happy-clouds would work for a few days then crash.
